Booking and Payment

When you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation serves as the contract between you and us, so it is important that you check that all details match your booking. Please note that the booking is not valid until payment has been completed. The full rental amount is charged at the time of booking, and the booking then becomes binding.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made in writing to post@valdresbookingservice.no. You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have processed your request.

For cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival, the full amount will be refunded (minus an administration fee of NOK 350).
For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

Insurance

We recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance that covers cancellations and unforeseen events.

Privacy

By completing a booking, you consent to us processing your personal data. This is necessary in order to provide you with relevant information about your stay. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

Conditions

Quiet hours: There must be quiet in and around the accommodation unit between 23:00 and 07:00.
Upon departure: The apartment must be left in a tidy condition, both indoors and outdoors. The dishwasher must be running, and all garbage must be taken out.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Violation of this rule results in a fee of NOK 3,000.
Damage and liability: The tenant is financially responsible for any damage or loss to the building, furniture, or equipment that occurs during the rental period. Any costs will be invoiced after your stay.
Key: The key must be returned to the key box upon departure.
Please note: Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, kitchen paper, hand soap, and shower soap are not included in the rental price and must be brought by the guest.
